Abstract: The use of feed is very necessary in the development of the aquaculture industry, and the quality of feed directly determines the efficiency of aquaculture. There are many feed production enterprises in our country, but most of them are mainly manual. This production model obviously cannot meet the needs of modern development. With the continuous development of technology, strengthening the optimization design of mechatronics production lines can not only improve the efficiency and quality of feed production, but also strengthen pollution control in the production process. The article first analyzes the optimization design of feed processing production lines based on mechatronics integration, and then explores the performance analysis of feed processing production lines based on mechatronics integration, which can be used as a reference for readers.

Introduction: The feed industry occupies a relatively important position in the animal husbandry industry. Improving the production quality of feed can enhance the development efficiency of the animal husbandry industry and promote the continuous development of the agricultural economy. At present, China's feed production system is relatively complete, and there are many feed production enterprises, which greatly promotes the growth of China's economy. However, the level of informatization in feed production is relatively low, and the management work is not in place, resulting in a relatively backward feed production process. In order to promote the modernization development of feed production enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the application of information technology and automation technology, build an electromechanical integrated feed processing production line, effectively improve the efficiency and quality of feed production, and better promote the development of China's animal husbandry industry.
1. Optimization design of feed processing production line based on mechatronics integration
(1) Composition of Automatic Control System for Feed Production Process
In the process of developing the animal husbandry industry, it is very necessary to strengthen feed quality control. Therefore, China has issued the "Feed Quality and Safety Management Standards", which detailed the content and production process of feed control. Therefore, when optimizing the design of mechatronics production lines, it is necessary to strictly follow the rules and regulations to strengthen automation control, starting from processes such as feeding, crushing, and batching,Strengthen the design of subsystems, and at the same time, apply information technology to enhance equipment detection, so as to solve faults in the first time, avoid affecting feed production efficiency, and strengthen the optimization of the entire feed production process. It is very necessary to improve the quality of ingredients in the feed production process, as ingredients directly affect the quality of feed production. Therefore, when strengthening the optimization design of mechatronics production lines, PLC technology should be applied to enhance the accuracy control of ingredients. At the same time, relevant personnel should also conduct algorithm self-learning and strengthen the quality control of the ingredient process, as shown in Figure 1. The "Management Standards" stipulate the detailed process of ingredients, including the pre mixing operation standards for small materials and the operation standards for large materials. In the electromechanical integrated production line, special methods for preparing large and small materials must be adopted to improve the accuracy of ingredients and control their simultaneous feeding. At present, many feed production enterprises have outdated equipment and use analog signals. In order to reduce the cost of equipment procurement, most enterprises still use the original equipment for batching, only adding converters, and converting the information of the large and small scales into PLCs.
(3) Design of Packaging and Transportation Subsystem for Feed Products
Finished product packaging also occupies a relatively important position in the feed production process, directly affecting the efficiency and quality of feed production. In the past, in the process of feed production, manual measurement was generally used to complete the bagging work after determining the weight, which was difficult to ensure the accuracy of measurement. At present, the main methods used are static electronic scales and manual measurement, which require high labor intensity. Therefore, when strengthening the optimization design of mechatronics production lines, PLC should be the core to design automatic weighing methods, integrate feed production and packaging processes, and effectively improve the efficiency of feed production. As shown in Figure 2, the packaging and conveying subsystem is mainly composed of tension sensors, automatic packaging devices, transmission devices, etc. The main function of PLC is to control the unloading and packaging. When the sensor reaches a certain weight, it will send a signal to stop feeding. At this time, the unloading door will open, and the weighed feed will be loaded into the feed bag, and then transported to a fixed position using the transmission device.
(4) Main control interface of feed production automatic control system
In the process of feed production, in order to improve production quality, it is also necessary to do a good job in management related work. The traditional way is to strengthen management manually, but this method not only has low management efficiency, but also relatively low management quality. Therefore, when strengthening the optimization design of mechatronics production lines, it is necessary to apply the main control interface of the automatic control system to strengthen the operation and management of the system. It is mainly composed of six parts. Relevant personnel can check through the main control interface to clarify which links in the feed production process have problems, or which links have incorrect data and parameters, resulting in lower feed production quality, By viewing through the interface, quality control can be strengthened.
2. Performance analysis of feed processing production line based on mechatronics integration
(1) Ensure ingredient accuracy and precision

In the traditional feed production process, most enterprises use manual ingredients, which can easily lead to problems such as incorrect ingredient addition, difficulty in controlling ingredient accuracy, and low production management quality. The optimized design of the electromechanical integrated production line can effectively avoid the occurrence of manual ingredient errors. Firstly, information technology and automation technology are adopted to integrate the ingredient and packaging processes into a whole. However, during the operation of the equipment, there is a high amount of feed residue, which can cause serious cross contamination problems.
